Purpose of the Service Visit was to have the front Grill on my 2019 Traverse replaced, due to a small hole in the Grill. The replacement grill did not fit, so the original grill had to be put back on and a new service visit needs to be scheduled. Brian and his team were great and apologetic, but it was still 3 hours of time without completing the reason for the visit.
