Your building is decorated with balloons and for someone who is anaphylaxis to latex. I can not stay in your waiting room. I had an appointment for 10 am for an oil change. Not one person talked to me. I asked 3 times about my car and was given no help. The receptionist sent me to talk to mitch and he told me my oil change would take another 20 mins. I had already been standing outside in 27 degree weather for an hour. I did not get my car till almost 1130. How does it take 1 and 1/2 hours to do an oil change.

Routine oil change and state inspection. Advisor informed me that a bulb was out and would fail inspection if not replaced. Simple.. replace and proceed. Timeframe to complete the work was within the timeframe provided by the person whom greeted me (not an advisor as they were tied up).
Even though it was very busy they got me in very quickly and were able to change my battery and get me back on the road within a couple of hours, since the Korean battery was in stock for my 2013 Chevy spark, at a fair price, considering the battery was out of stock or only available in a couple of days at several parts stores.
My dealership states you don't need an appt for an oil change, however if you go without one you wait for hours and the tech states that I should have booked one. But getting at the dealership as soon as they open, no wait!!! Problem solved.....and my Buick is good for another 6000 miles.
My appointment for an oil change was 9:30 am. I told the greeter that when I checked in. I LEFT THE GARAGE AT 12:25pm. NOT WHAT I HAD PLANNED!! It seems someone called in sick that morning, no one told me there would be a delay or offered me a car to do errands. Would YOU recommend your services to a friend??
