My husband and I went in to browse at the Buick Enclave and bought a new GMC Acadia. Adrian was wonderful as well as Mike. The car buying experience is usually taxing, but we actually enjoyed it. When we went to pick up the vehicle, Adrian spent over an hour with us teaching and showing us all of the electronics in the vehicle. Thank you!

Not a positive experience would not recommend service at this time truck went in for an 8 appointment. Not finished had to stay there till Tuesday did not grease my truck not sure the oil was even changed still black poor explanation from Dimitri service manager not happy

I was told that it would be an hour and a half to have my oil changed and tire rotation. This actually took 2 and a half hours. I had my truck serviced on a Saturday morning. On Monday I noticed that all of the locking lug nuts were so loose that I could take them off with my hands. There were also 5 regular lug nuts that I could also remove by hand.

Working with David Steele was a pleasure, and that says a lot for a car buying experience. Kudos for identifying a problem with the front Grill and making plans to fix it. Only complaint was on Financing and the APR%. 5.29% seemed high. Rachel said it is in line with what she is seeing lately. I can get 3.5% at AAA or BofA so now I need to get a new loan to pay off the higher rate M&T Bank Loan.
