It is clear the staff is running back and forth attempting to make sure every customer is taken care of in a timely manner. Moreover, they care about the quality of work as well. It would be better if these staff members had more resources or help from upper management because they should have access to tools that make some of the redundant work easier. This would give them the time to focus on the customer and expediting service. It would also help if they had a couple extra exployees to balance the workload. Overall the staff is giving it their all for the customer, not much more you can ask of them. Great work from the entire staff.
