I made an appointment on Saturday January 5, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I arrived at 8:50 a.m. and when the service person met with me he told me that it would be about a 2 hour wait before they got to my truck. I asked him why and he told there were 12 cars in the rack and he said to me that Saturdays are extremely busy due to the number of walk ins that come in. I then asked him what was the point of making an appointment if I wasn't going to be taken at the time I had been scheduled for. If you want Saturdays to be free for all Saturdays then don't take any appointments. If you allow walk ins then they should have to wait for the folks that have appointments to get done. This was totally unacceptable.
