Went to Diamond for an oil change and tire rotation. Was in and out in 20 minutes. After leaving I realized there was a serious issue with my truck driving down the road. I called Diamond and they responded within 10 minutes to my location to address the situation. The truck was even taken back to be looked at to confirm the issue was all set. Brian the service manager saved this review from being substandard. He’s excellent at his job and takes the customer experience seriously.
