On saturday 1/5 I went to Diamond Chevrolet for a oil change. I was the first car to get checked in at 7 AM. After 2 hours I had to ask for my keys back as there was no sense of urgency at all. I am not very happy that it would take 2 hours to change oil. I understand its a complimentary service of diamond "ADVANTAGE" but I am not sure what the Advantage is to wait 2 hours for a simple oil change. To me it would be worth spending the money to have it done else where than sit for 2 hours. Defiantly not a happy customer
