My visit was just for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned that I had a really slight wobble between 60 and 70 mph. I asked to have the wheel balance checked. At first, my service manager suggested that would cost $80. When I mentioned that the truck only had 7500 miles and this wobble had been there the whole time, he offered to talk to the manager. I was impressed when he came back, told me this was covered under warranty for the first 10,000 miles, and advised that the check would be quite thorough and would require a 4 hour appointment. I was able to make the appointment right away for only a week later. I was very happy with the outcome. My only complaints are about the app which may be a Chevy issue. I booked my appointment for service through the app when it notified me I needed it. Yet, I also received emails as the appointment approached suggesting that I needed to make an appointment. I wish it was a little smarter. That complaint is probably a 2 out of 10 in severity so not a big deal. Very happy with Diamond so far.
