Good

Despite my having done to another brake shop prior (they couldn't get Chevy parts) so I knew what had to be done *was actually shown), the Chevy mechanic replaced items that were not defective. This caused more parts and labor costs although I had carefully and repeatedly explained to the Chevy go-between person what had to be done. In addition, the go-between person (I don't know their title). failed to keep me informed in a timely manner requiring 3 round trips to the Chevy service pcation with 2 people (2 cars coming and going). I have the replaced parts and intend to show them and talk to the service manager.

Service advisor - Matt - was great! In and out quickly. Fast and convenient.

I asked for my passenger rear lights to be checked , which was a $199 fee. After deciding that I would not pay for a new console due to paying over$1,509 for brakes and coolant flushing, my inside lights no longer functioned at all. The support person advised me to bring the car back to find out how poorly the work was handled when they checked my lights. I have purchased numerous cars from the dealership and the service was not close to acceptable.

Aimee was great to work with. She kept me up to date on the status of my service repairs and went above and beyond to secure a rental for me so I could commute to and from work without delays.

The dealership was clean, bright and welcoming. The staff was knowledgeable and not pushy.

Excellent service but appointment sometimes take to 3 week is not convenient
