This was the easiest new car purchase I have ever experienced. Our sales agent Jerry was fantastic. I have mobility issues and called ahead to set an appointment. When I got there the two cars I was interested had been moved up to sales office. No walking involved. Test drove both cars and selected the Trac RS2. I also dealt with Dominic, again easy process. I am extremely happy with the whole process.

I bought a fifth-wheel RV Camper and needed a pickup truck to tow it. I searched Facebook Marketplace and the truck I was interested in was listed at Diamond GMC Chevrolet and Cadillac of Auburn, MA. Mr. Patson Pierre was the Sales Consultant point of contact. I made an appointment with Patson to test drive the vehicle. When I arrived at the Diamond dealership, I was immediately impressed with the dealership's showroom, amenities and personnel. Receptionist Gina paged Patson, who then put me in the test drive vehicle. He was attending to another customer, so he started the vehicle and let me get comfortable in it before we took the test drive. The test drive went fine, and I decided this was the vehicle I would like to buy. Patson and I negotiated about pricing. I was introduced to Sales Manager Uzair Ayaz and he offered me a very nice discount on the vehicle's Manufactured Suggested Retail Price. Although I did not buy the vehicle that evening, I felt very good about the experience I had with Patson and Uzair. I did call Patson the next day and was offered a lower price on the vehicle. I did not agree to buy the vehicle at that price but continued to track the vehicle's "out the door" pricing on the Diamond Auto Group website. Five days after the vehicle test drive, the "out the door" price had come below what I would have been happy with. I called Patson to tell him I wanted the vehicle for the current listed 'out the door" price and he made the deal happen. With all GMC rebates, additional Veteran's discounts and GM Rewards offered to me, I was able to get $2,733.23 in rebates which leads me to believe I bought the vehicle for $1,816.17 below Dealer Invoice. The next day, I met with Sales Manager Kevin Scott and Finance Manager Dominic Cruz. Kevin tried to get me another Employee Service Group Discount from the employer I retired from, which would have gotten me another $500.00 rebate, but for some unknown reason, we could not get an authorization number for the transaction. However, Patson did try numerous times to save me even more money through the Employee Service Group Discount. Finance Managers Dominic Cruz and Derek Difederico did all the paperwork with Bank of America to finance the vehicle with no money down at a reasonable interest rate. I told him what options I wanted on the vehicle along with the type of Veteran license plates and they made it all happen. Of the seven car buying experiences I have had, my relationships with Sales Consultant Patson Pierre, Sales Managers Uzair Ayaz and Kevin Scott, along with Finance Managers Derek Difederico and Dominic Cruz, made this the most pleasant experience I have ever enjoyed in buying a new vehicle. ‘Thank You Very Much” Diamond Auto Group Sales Consultant Patson Pierre, Sales Managers Uzair Ayaz and Kevin Scott, and Finance Managers Derek Difederico and Dominic Cruz. You all made this vehicle purchase happen for me with minimal difficulty and time. It was very nice to have met and worked with everybody to make this vehicle purchase happen for me! Nice job!

I only went in for an oil change. I had an appointment and I arrived 10 minutes early and they took my car right in an change the oil and had my vehicle ready very quickly. I will definitely come back

Just some feedback to be more transparent about what your appointment times mean, and that they indeed do not mean that your car will actually be serviced at the appointment time, or even that day.
